CMS finalized two MA rules governing 2026 rates and various policies related to prior authorization, concurrent review, and coverage determinations. LeadingAge National provides a summary of the rules and is seeking member input into recommendations for streamlining, standardizing, and reducing prior authorizations conducted by MA plans.

Providers can expect a webinar on the report to be scheduled for mid-June.
