As reported by our colleagues at LeadingAge National, President Biden signed into law the American Relief Act, 2025, providing funds to extend FY 2025 appropriations to federal agencies including HHS and HUD through March 14, 2025.

The new office will be led by Dr. Doug Fish.

First batch of Medicaid rate appeals covering 2009 through 2021 will be paid in Medicaid cycle 2471.
