DSRIP Weekly Update-July 7, 2015
DSRIP news is starting to flow again, as DOH issues final valuation for Performing Provider Systems (PPSs), and offers the opportunity to submit regulatory waiver requests.
Another Opportunity to Request Regulatory Flexibility
DOH has provided responses to regulatory waiver requests submitted as part of the DSRIP Project Plan applications. The list of waiver requests and the associated responses are available here. Further information is available here.
DOH, the Office of Mental Health, the Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services and the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities are now inviting PPS leads to submit additional waiver requests, the deadline for which is September 15, 2015. The waivers would be considered in the context of their DSRIP project plans and/or Capital Restructuring Financing Projects. An email with instructions has been sent to the PPS leads. Responses to these requests will be sent to the PPS leads by November 1, 2015, and posted on the DSRIP website.
