DSRIP Weekly Update-April 14, 2015

It was a relatively quiet week for the Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) program participants. The Department of Health (DOH or the Department) issued an updated Year 1 Timeline to reflect updated deliverables and due dates. Click here to view the timeline.

In addition, Hinman Straub, LeadingAge New York’s counsel, developed a summary of the regulatory waivers that were requested in the DSRIP applications. The Department reviewed an astounding number of requests in a relatively short period of time. The summary is a helpful overview, which members can access here.
