DSRIP Regulatory Waivers Provide Opportunity for Members 

Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) Performing Provider System (PPS) participants can request waivers of regulation to facilitate implementation of DSRIP projects. The Department of Health (DOH) has posted a one-page summary and update of the Regulatory Waivers requested as well as their disposition on the requests. Regulatory waiver requests for DSRIP projects will be open and processed on a quarterly basis throughout the DSRIP Demonstration Years. These request windows are grouped quarterly throughout the year to ensure all relevant waiver requests are accommodated as soon as possible. A listing of quarterly deadlines and response dates is as follows:

Additionally, any time-sensitive waivers may be submitted outside of the quarterly schedule. DOH asks that approved waiver requests and associated responses be reviewed before submitting a request, however. PPSs should use the Regulatory Waiver Request Template. Additional requests for waivers, as well as any questions regarding previous responses, may be sent by email to dsrip@health.ny.gov with Additional Regulatory Waiver Request in the subject line. Questions regarding regulatory waivers may also be sent to dsrip@health.ny.gov. 

PPS Open Networks

For members who are not currently part of a DSRIP PPS, but want to be: PPS networks are open until Sept. 8^th to add new providers for performance.
