As the Department of Health continues to work on yet another set of transition FAQs, they have asked nursing homes to carefully review the information provided prior to submitting questions.   

Issues addressed in the latest set of FAQs regarding the nursing home resident transition to mandatory Medicaid managed care include enrollment, provider contracting and bed hold.  

Details provided on $17.7 billion global cap for 2015-16, an increase of 4.6 percent.
