LeadingAge to Join Lawsuit Regarding Federal Nursing Home Staffing Rule
(May 28, 2024) On Fri., May 24th, our partners at LeadingAge announced to members via email that LeadingAge intends to file to join the American Health Care Association (AHCA) lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) regarding the federal nursing home staffing final rule.
