After the upcoming August submission, nursing homes will need to ensure that they have enabled their quarterly staffing data submitter to report through iQIES.

By completing the brief survey, providers will contribute to the empirical evidence desperately needed to advocate for policies that recognize and address health care staffing shortages in long-term care.

An additional 25 nursing homes, including two non-profit homes, should have received penalty letters on June 30^th related to 2023 and 2024 staffing requirements.

Report allows members to validate their staffing data calculations, as well as estimate penalties.
