Reporting Underway for Those Who Received Federal COVID Relief Funds in the Second Half of 2022
The sixth reporting period for COVID-19 Provider Relief Fund (PRF) and American Rescue Plan (ARP) Rural funding began on Jan. 1st and will end on March 31, 2024. Although little funding was distributed during this period, any provider who may have received combined funding in excess of $10,000 between July 1st and Dec. 31, 2022 is required to report on the use of the funds. Those who do report should be diligent to ensure that funding is attributed to appropriate costs to avoid potential disallowances upon audit. The reporting portal is here, and the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Relief Funding page with reporting instructions is here.
