Nursing Home Minimum Wage Survey Due Friday

The Department of Health (DOH) has updated the 2022 Nursing Home Minimum Wage Survey to reflect changes to the New York State Labor Law. The due date has been extended to Oct. 29, 2021. The survey, available here, should now be available to upstate regions. Although survey instructions imply that upstate providers do not need to complete the survey, our understanding is that only New York City (NYC) providers are exempt. Homes outside of NYC may choose to opt out by only completing the survey’s identifying questions.
