OMIG Engagement Forum Scheduled for June 25th

(June 17, 2025) The NYS Office of the Medicaid Inspector General (OMIG) has scheduled a health care provider engagement forum on Wed., June 25, 2025 at Erie County Community College (ECCC) in Buffalo, NY (ECCC South Campus, 4041 Southwestern Blvd., Orchard Park, NY). The session will feature Acting Medicaid Inspector General Frank T. Walsh, Jr., and other key OMIG officials who will provide key updates related to Medicaid audits and audit protocols, compliance program reviews, self-disclosure trends and best practices, and the agency’s ongoing outreach and education efforts. The forum will include a questions and answers session.
