Nursing Home Rosters Due Fri., April 17

The three week window for nursing homes to submit their Jan. 28, 2015 Census Rosters closes this Fri., April 17. After the data has been accepted, homes will have an additional seven calendar days, specified in the acknowledgement they receive after upload, in which to make corrections.

The Dear Administrator letter announcing the submission dates is available here. The policy manual governing submissions, as well as the Operator's Certification form that must accompany roster submissions, are available on the MDS for NF Reimbursement section of the HCS.
