NH Capital Corrections Due Friday

Nursing homes wishing to make corrections to their 2017 capital calculation must submit the signed attestation form (available here) along with all requisite supporting documentation this week. Correction requests must be submitted by email to nfrates@health.ny.gov and be received by DOH by Dec. 2, 2016.

DOH will review correction requests and, if they meet established requirements, will incorporate the attested-to capital calculation into the 2017 rates. Providers that submit correction requests to the preview rates are not precluded from appealing the final 2017 capital rate when it is issued, although filing an appeal will void any correction request made to the rate in question.
