Minimum Wage Survey Due Aug. 30th

The Department of Health (DOH) has extended the due date for the minimum wage survey that nursing homes, Assisted Living Programs (ALPs), and hospice providers are required to complete. The new deadline is Wed., Aug. 30, 2017.

Data gathered in the survey will help the state make appropriate Medicaid rate adjustments to reflect cost increases due to an increase in the minimum wage and to estimate funding needs for future years. Failure to complete the survey may impact reimbursement. The survey must be completed online. Links to the appropriate surveys are provided in the Dear Administrator Letters (DALs).
