Medicare Rights Center Offers FIDA Toolkit to LeadingAge NY Members

LeadingAge NY worked with the Medicare Rights Center on their new Fully Integrated Duals Advantage (FIDA): A Toolkit for New York City and Nassau County Health Care Providers. The Medicare Rights Center, with the support of the New York State Health Foundation issued this toolkit to help providers understand FIDA’s promise of care coordination, provider roles in the FIDA program and how providers can help individuals make the best coverage choices.
