MDS Audit Materials

DOH has posted some materials regarding OMIG audits of assessments associated with January 2012 census rosters on the Health Commerce System.  The three documents are attached for your convenience (links appear below the box that frames this text):  A “Dear Administrator” letter introducing the reviews, a more complete outline of the audit process and the particular focus areas for each RUG that will be reviewed during audit.   Background  information on this issue from LeadingAge NY is available here.
