January MDS Census Roster Due

DOH is accepting submissions on the Health Commerce System (HCS) of Jan. 28, 2015 Census Rosters through April 17.  The information uploaded will be used to adjust July through December 2015 Medicaid rates.  After the data has been accepted, homes will have an additional seven calendar days, specified in the acknowledgement, in which to make corrections.

The DAL announcing the submission dates is available here.  The policy manual governing submissions as well as the Operator's Certification form that must accompany roster submissions are available on the MDS for NF Reimbursement section of the HCS.
