DOH Processes 2023 Nursing Home Capital Appeals
(Aug. 27, 2024) The Department of Health (DOH) has processed 2023 capital appeals and posted updated rate sheets and associated materials on the Financial Data Gateway of the Health Commerce System (HCS). The rate package is named “2023 Appeals Processed August 2024.” Please note that updated information is posted only for those homes with processed appeals. Related payment adjustments will be reflected in Medicaid payment cycle 2452, which is scheduled to be released on Sept. 4th.
