DOH Addressing Individual Census Roster Issues

DOH continues to address and respond to roster upload issues and questions that nursing homes have submitted by e-mail.  The roster submission system remains open until Oct. 30th as the department works through RUG assignment discrepancies and cases where the system has matched with an incorrect MDS. Members are reminded that any e-mail communication that contains personal information must be done using secure e-mail through the Health Commerce System (HCS).
