Assessment Reconciliation Calculation Worth Checking

Several members have noted errors in the calculation reconciling their 2013 cash receipts assessment payments.  Homes have 30 days from the date of the accompanying Dear Adminstrator Letter (DAL), available by clicking here, to submit an appeal. Although the date on the DAL is illegible, the e-mail from DOH announcing that the posting of the calculation sheets was sent on Sep.11.  We are seeking to clarify the official appeals due date.  Appeals must be submitted using the state's Electronic Appeals Submission System on the Health Commerce System (HCS).
