Nursing home rate sheets and ALP rate increase information is available; ADHC rate sheets are pending.

Nursing homes, ALPs and ADHC Programs should see a 6.5 percent increase to Medicaid rates retroactive to April 1, 2023.

Adjustments will be reflected in Medicaid payment cycle 2406.

Nursing homes now have until Jan. 8^th to review outstanding Medicaid rate appeals covering rate periods from 2009 through 2021.

Providers are reminded that legitimate email communications from DOH related to Medicaid liabilities will come from an email address ending in "@health.ny.gov." In addition, they will not request payment for Medicaid liabilities via wire transfer or other electronic payment method.
