Dear Administrator Letter dated Feb. 25, 2015 that accompanied the Mar 9, 2015 posting of 1/1/15 nursing home and ADHC rate sheets.

Rate sheets and 2012 cash receipts assessment reconciliation calculation sheets are now available on HCS.

The deadline is extended to Sun., March 8.

Nursing homes are reminded to compile and submit a list of appeals and litigation excluded from the Universal Settlement by Sun., March 1, 2015. 

To preserve rate appeals and litigation that are excluded from the Universal Settlement homes must submit an itemized list of their excluded matters to DOH through LeadingAge NY or another participating association.  This memo contains a listing of exclusions as well as the form on which exclusions should be reported. 

The State is proceeding with the Universal Settlement of Litigation and Appeals for nursing homes. Please watch your e-mail for guidance on submitting information on items excluded from the settlement.  

Several Medicaid rate adjustments, as well as 2014 final quality scores, coming soon. Release dates have not yet been established.
