Nursing homes can review their 2013 cash receipts assessment reconciliation calculations on the Health Commerce System. 

Dear Administrator Letter issued in September 2015 regarding reconciliation of 2013 Cash Receipts Assessment Payments.

Nursing homes have until Sep. 11 to submit additional documentation to support any Universal Settlement appeal exclusion requests that DOH has denied.  

The case mix constraint calculation in the Medicaid July 1, 2014 rates has been corrected and DOH has posted revised rate sheets. But the 2013 Cash Receipt Assessment reconciliation calculation sheets were not posted as of Aug. 31.  

Nursing home providers should examine DOH determinations regarding their Universal Settlement exclusion requests promptly and submit any supporting documentation by Sep. 11 if warranted. 

The goal is to make $46M available to qualifying facilities beginning in December.   

Rate sheets related to retroactive Medicaid rate adjustments for CMI are now available.
