Nursing home members are reminded that the opportunity to submit a corrected capital component calculation for their 2016 Medicaid rate ends Dec. 4th. 

Nursing homes can execute universal settlement documents at various locations.   

Efforts underway to gather executed agreements and releases from nursing homes.   

DOH schedules signing events that offer members the opportunity to address any remaining questions.

DOH has reserved space in three regions for nursing home universal settlement signing events: New York City on Nov. 23rd, 24th and 25th; Rochester on Nov. 30th; and Albany on Dec. 3rd.  

A huge thank you to members who responded to the nursing home salary survey.  Participants will receive a free copy of the resulting report by the end of November. 

Members should save the date for a Universal Settlement signing event in their region and file any needed capital correction calculations by Dec. 4th.
