Updated Nursing Home Rate Templates

The link shown toward the bottom of the page provides access to updated nursing home Medicaid rate templates that will assist members in modeling their Medicaid rate going forward.  The templates mimic the layout of the 2012 informational rate sheet provided by DOH but show the calculation for each of the phase-in years as well as year six, the year that the methodology will be fully phased-in.     Members may view their home’s figures in the rate sheet layout for each year and may also model various case mix scenarios to examine the impact on the rate.
