Nursing Home Cost Reports Due July 29^th

DOH has extended the filing date for RHCF cost reports from the end of May until July 29^th.  The Dear Administrator letter (DAL) providing information on the requirements and submission instructions is attached.  Please note that the CPA certification is due on the July 29^th as well.  Homes that fail to file by the due date risk a delay in capital reimbursement and may face penalties.
