March 10th DOH Meeting - Transition of NH Benefit and Population into Managed Care

DOH is hosting an in-person meeting/webinar entitled Transition of NH Benefit and Population into Managed Care for managed care plans and nursing homes in the FIDA region (NYC, Westchester and Long Island) this coming Monday - March 10^th starting at 10:30 am.

The in-person meeting will be held at the DOH Offices in NYC at NYSDOH, 90 Church Street, 4th floor, CR 4 A/B, New York, NY 10007.

To attend in person:

Because of space limitations, DOH is requiring that only one person from each nursing home or plan will be permitted to attend this meeting. You must register for the meeting in advance in order to clear security by emailing Karen Malone at DOH at ksm03@health.state.ny.us.
