LeadingAge NY Updates Managed Care Enrollment Chart ­­­

LeadingAge New York has updated its chart summarizing the State’s plans for transitioning the long term care population into Medicaid managed care plans and the Fully Integrated Duals Advantage (FIDA) demonstration. The July 20, 2015 edition of the chart reflects the statewide enrollment mandate for recipients of home and community-based services for 120+ days and newly permanently-placed nursing home residents, as well as delayed transition dates for Medicaid waiver programs. All dates are subject to change depending on various factors including the status of needed federal approvals, managed care plan readiness and provider network adequacy.
