The Department of Health’s (DOH) Quality Advisory Committee met on May 16 in New York City to discuss the committee’s role in the Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) program, the State Health Innovation Plan, updated online provider profiles and other initiatives.

The Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) Program  presents opportunities for long term/post-acute care providers to collaborate with hospitals and others in reducing hospitalizations and transforming the delivery system. DOH's webinar on the transition of the downstate nursing home population and benefit to Medicaid managed care has been rescheduled for 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. this Thurs., March 20th. Webinar information now available.

Due to technical difficulties, the March 10th meeting for downstate providers on transitioning the nursing home benefit and population in to managed care was not broadcast nor recorded. DOH will reschedule the webinar.
