DASNY Issues Guidance on Reduced Financing Costs

The Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY) has released guidance based on the recently passed state budget that eliminates the Department of Health debt issuance fees as they relate to health care financings undertaken through DASNY.  The letter also reminds providers that for the past two years DASNY been successful in obtaining waivers from the state's bond issuance charge.

The letter also reiterates DASNY's expedited process for architectural reviews.
