DOH Moves to Terminate Medicaid Coverage of Undocumented Long-Term Nursing Home Residents This policy applies to undocumented nursing home residents over age 65 who are permanently placed with stays of at least three months. LeadingAge NY believes that this policy is inconsistent with the statute.
