Nursing Home Annual Infection Prevention Audits to Begin DOH will be issuing notices to small groups of nursing homes directing them to complete their annual online infection prevention survey on a phased basis beginning in January 2024. Facilities that have low ratings on inspections, quality measures, or staffing; Special Focus Facilities; and Special Focus Candidates will be prioritized for surveys early in the year. Facilities will have 30 days from the issuance of their notice to submit the online survey.
