DOH Renews E-Prescribing Waiver DOH issued a letter on Oct. 29th extending the blanket waiver of electronic prescribing requirements for nursing homes. The new blanket waiver supersedes the previous waiver and is effective from Nov. 1, 2021 through Oct. 31, 2022.
