DOH, IPRO Host Webinar on Residents' Rights, Grievance Process, and Quality Improvement
(July 2, 2024) On June 12th, the Department of Health (DOH) and the IPRO Quality Innovation Network-Quality Improvement Organization (QIN-QIO) hosted a webinar for nursing homes and adult care facilities (ACFs) on residents’ rights, the grievance process, and quality improvement.
The webinar reviewed:
- federal and state regulations for residents’ rights;
- recent deficiencies related to residents’ rights;
- the elements of the facility grievance process; and
- a case study.
