CHHA Applications

The DOH Public Health and Health Planning Council (PHHPC) published the agenda for the March 21 Establishment and Project Review Committee meeting which includes several Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA) applications. Please note Exhibit #3 and #4 regarding the CHHA applications, all of which are for the downstate area. If any applications in this batch included a request for approval for upstate counties, that request will be deferred to a future PHHPC meeting.

It is interesting to note Exhibit #5, construction of a Long Term Home Health Care Program (LTHHCP) for St. Lawrence County.
