Tech Issues Pause HUD Inspections
(May 14, 2024) Due to technical issues, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (HUD NSPIRE) inspections paused late in the week of April 29th, and scheduled inspections were cancelled for the week of May 6th. HUD is working to address the issues as quickly as possible and expects its NSPIRE systems to be back online at some point later in the week of May 13th. HUD will be communicating directly with properties to reschedule cancelled inspections.
