Register NOW to Meet with HUD Northeast Regional Leaders Oct. 4th!
Regional and Division leaders and staff representing the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the Northeast Region will once again join LeadingAge members on Wed., Oct. 4th from 1-2:30 p.m. for a semi-annual call to answer member questions and review the latest news and policies affecting HUD-assisted multifamily senior housing providers.
Pre-submitted questions – developed by a council of housing provider members from within the Northeast Region – focus on physical inspection protocols, including the implementation of the National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE) system; increases in insurance costs and other insurance-related challenges; the Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act (HOTMA); Service Coordinator funding; Reserve Fund for Replacements (R4R) deposit processing; management fees; and more.
