NSPIRE Inspections Resume After Brief Software-Related Delay

(May 28, 2024) LeadingAge has learned that the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC) resumed National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE) inspections on May 20th following a brief pause. The pause was due to technical issues related to an NSPIRE software update that caused systems to go down for just over two weeks. Any cancelled inspections will be promptly rescheduled.
