New LeadingAge National Resource Available on Navigating Management Fees in HUD-Assisted Housing

Management agents operating properties assisted or insured by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) are paid a management fee for their services. A new resource for LeadingAge members explains how the agency establishes its allowable management fee ranges and discusses how properties can request adjustments.
