HUD Posts New Contract Forms; HOTMA Forms Forthcoming

(Sept. 3, 2024) The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Office of Multifamily Housing Programs has completed and posted the update of a series of forms required for Multifamily Section 8 programs, including Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) contract forms. However, forms needed to implement the Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act (HOTMA) are still forthcoming.
