DOH Activates Survey for Agencies Receiving Medicaid Home Health Telehealth Reimbursement

ABSTRACT: DOH surveys CHHAs and LTHHCPs participating in Medicaid Home Health Telehealth reimbursement.

The Department of Health (DOH) has issued a Dear Administrator letter (DAL) to Certified Home Health Agencies (CHHAs) and Licensed Home Care Services Agencies (LHCSAs) that participate in the Medicaid Home Health Telehealth Reimbursement. The DAL informs agencies receiving telehealth reimbursement to participate in an annual survey. The survey was activated on June 15 and requires information to be submitted through the Health Provider Network by July 31. The survey requests such items as the number of Medicaid eligible patients screened and number of risk assessments completed for Medicaid eligible patients.
