DOH Activates ACF Quarterly Statistical Report on HCS

(April 1, 2025) The Department of Health (DOH) has activated the adult care facility (ACF) Quarterly Statistical Information Report (QSIR) on the Health Commerce System (HCS). All ACFs must complete the report, which is due April 30th. Click here to view the Dear Administrator letter (DAL) outlining the requirement.
