Gregory Poole-Dayan, Associate Administrator for Clinical Servcies, Schervier Nursing Care Center, Coach

Gregory Poole-Dayan has been a leader in long-term care for over 17 years, and is currently the administrator for Schervier Nursing Care Center, a 364 long-term and rehabilitation center in the Bronx, New York.  Greg earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Master’s degree in Nursing at McGill University in Montreal, Canada.  As a fellow in the inaugural Leadership AAHSA class of 2007 (now the LeadingAge Academy), Greg learned the power of reflective leadership in transforming practice, and that we are all lifetime learners.
