DOH, IPRO to Host Webinar on Workforce Development Strategies for 2025
(Jan. 6, 2025) The Department of Health (DOH) Office of Aging and Long-Term Care (OALTC), Center for Residential Surveillance, Division of Residential Support, in collaboration with IPRO, will host a webinar titled Workforce Retention and Engagement Strategies for 2025 on Wed., Jan. 8th from 12-1 p.m.
Through participation in this webinar, attendees will demonstrate the ability to:
- understand the current landscape.
- identify strategies for strengthening our workforce.
- envision where you would like to be in 12 months, and talk with your teams about one strategy you can begin to focus on to strengthen your existing workforce retention initiatives.
