Caring Gene Career Pathways Training Program Website Now Live

(Feb. 3, 2025) Caring Gene® Healthcare Career Pathways has announced the launch of the Caring Gene® Career Pathways Training (CPT) Program website. The website is designed to support the next generation of health, behavioral health, and social care professionals whether they are beginning or advancing in their current career.

The CPT Program offers a comprehensive solution to workforce development by:

• providing 100 percent coverage of tuition and books for participants.
• supporting both new entrants and those advancing their health care careers.
• requiring a three-year service commitment with qualifying health care providers in NYS (those serving at least 30 percent Medicaid or uninsured patients).
• delivering academic support, career preparation, and job placement services.
