2023 Home Health Care Workforce Recruitment and Retention Survey Posted

The Center for Health Workforce Studies (CHWS), part of the State University of New York at Albany’s School of Public Health, invites providers to complete the 2023 Home Health Care Workforce Recruitment and Retention Survey to help understand the current workforce challenges faced by home care agencies. There are also several focused questions for home care agencies that provide services in Saratoga, Warren, and/or Washington counties.

As always, the Center only shares results in aggregate and will not release any individual responses. You may stop the survey at any question and return to it at a later time to complete. Please note, however, that to complete the survey, you must do so from the same device and the same Internet browser on which you began the survey. If you use a different device and/or Internet browser, it will default back to the first question, and your previous responses will not be visible.

Completing the survey should only take 10-15 minutes. You may print out your responses at the end of the survey.
