CMS and ONC Seek Participants in Electronic Long Term Services & Supports Initiative

The Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services have announced the creation of a new initiative that will focus on the development of standards to enable the creation and exchange of interoperable, person-centered service plans for individuals receiving community-based long term care services.

Long term care providers are needed to provide input into use cases and standards.  Interested stakeholders are invited to join the kick-off webinar on Thurs., Nov. 6, 2015, from 12:30 – 1:30 p.m.  Click here to register for the webinar.
