LeadingAge NY Managed Care Resource Updated

LeadingAge NY has updated its chart summarizing the State’s plans for transitioning the long term care population into Medicaid managed care plans and the FIDA demonstration. The Sept. 30, 2014 edition of the chart reflects the most recently revised dates for transition of the nursing home population. All dates are subject to change depending on various factors including the status of needed federal approvals, managed care plan readiness and provider network adequacy.
