DOJ and EEOC Issue Guidance on Discrimination in the Workplace
(March 25, 2025) Our colleagues at LeadingAge National have shared technical guidance released on March 19th by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the U.S. Department of Justice regarding unlawful discrimination related to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. The two agencies jointly released this document designed for job applicants and employees, and the EEOC individually posted related information in a longer question-and-answer format. LeadingAge National is reviewing the material.
