NEXT WEEK: LeadingAge NY, LeadingAge MN Partnering for Virtual Event on “Confronting the Workforce Crisis Through a DEI Lens”

The LeadingAge NY Diversity Committee, in partnership with LeadingAge Minnesota, is pleased to announce a workshop for executive and board teams titled “Confronting the Workforce Crisis Through a DEI Lens: A Governance Perspective.” This virtual event will be held on Tues., July 26^th from 4 to 7 p.m. ET (3 to 6 p.m. CT) and feature speakers making the business case for building a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) culture and providing actionable steps and strategies for organizations no matter where they are in this work.
